networx Presented With Best Communication to Candidates Award at 2008 RecruitRank Awards

The only industry awards which recognise the best UK recruitment companies based entirely on candidate feedback

4th of November 2008 - networx was declared the winner of the High Volume User: Communication category at the 3rd annual RecruitRank Awards in conjunction with Jobsite, on the 30th of October 2008. Recognising best practise and customer service in recruitment agencies, the RecruitRank Awards (www.recruitrank.co.uk) are the only accolades in the industry where finalists and winners are chosen purely on the basis of candidate feedback, and not by an industry judging panel.

The Communication Award was presented to the recruitment company that excels at communication with candidates.

Launched by leading online recruiter Jobsite (www.jobsite.co.uk) in November 2005, RecruitRank allows candidates to anonymously provide feedback on the quality of an agency's service after they have applied for a vacancy advertised on Jobsite. Recruiters have access to this valuable market research, and it enables them to monitor and, if necessary, improve their services. The finalists within each category were selected by the evaluation of candidate feedback over the last 12 months.

Commenting on the awards, Andy Pierson, networx Director says: "The success of a business hinges on it's candidates - without them, vacancies can't be filled. Over the last two years networx have had a real focus on candidate satisfaction, the award is justification for our hard work. Our efforts have also been rewarded by the number of successful placements over the last 12 months; our placements have increased by 41% compared to last year, which led to networx being a strong name in the industry, and we now have partnerships with many leading companies."

The Awards, which took place at One Marylebone Road in London, were hosted by James Caan, founder of the Alexander Mann Group and one of the more memorable Dragons from the BBC series Dragon's Den. A successful entrepreneur, James spoke to the recruitment consultants present, on how businesses can prosper in tough times and keep their staff motivated and focused.
