Welcome

networx achieved Top 10 Status at this years' RecruitRank Awards for the following categories: Best Candidate Communication (Large Agency), Best Large Recruiter and Most Improved Large Recruitment Agency.

RecruitRank, an innovative candidate feedback system run by Jobsite, provides companies with confidential and valuable information on how candidates rate the level of service they receive. The awards, held on 8th November, are the only accolades in the industry where finalists and winners are chosen by the feedback from candidates and not a panel of industry judges.

Since the beginning of the year, networx have made a dedicated effort to improve the candidate experience in a bid to further differentiate themselves from other recruitment channels and companies. Achieving top ten status in 3 different categories confirms that candidates have not only acknowledged but also appreciated all changes made by networx to their service.

Commenting on the event, networx Director Andy Pierson stated:

“We are thrilled to have been nominated as finalists for these three awards. This is recognition of our consistent hard work and determination to deliver a quality service. Considering the number of recruitment companies that were competing for this status and in particular the number of advertisements that we run at any one time, this is a fantastic achievement and we are extremely proud of all our employees. They have all worked so hard to achieve this recognition and we hope that each and every one of them is as proud as we are at this time.”

What they Say - what we think!

Personnel Today - Association for Consultancy and Engineering slams Recruitment Agencies poor service

23rd Oct 2007

Engineering employers have hit out at recruitment agencies - blaming them for poaching staff and not helping to solve the sectors critical skills shortages.

A report by the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE), which represents many large employers in the sector, found more than four out of five firms believed recruitment agencies offered an “average” or “poor” service.

The association believes agencies could do more to help fill the estimated 20,000 engineering and consultancy jobs that exist in the UK and, that by not doing so, they are putting key construction projects at risk.

More than six in 10 employers said that agencies poached staff, and the same proportion thought they charge excessive fees.
