We have an ambitious People Strategy and through development of our operating model we can ensure we are best placed to respond to the needs and expectation of the Group as well as our 650+ colleagues across the organisation.
This new role is being created to enable and drive change by working in partnership with allocated business areas and provide a professional Human Resources and organisational development service focused on our customers.
