This is a Full Time, Fixed Term Contract vacancy that will close in {x} days (x will be poplulated when viewing published adverts).

We are currently looking for an In-House Recruiter with strong Maintenance or FM experience to join our team on a 6 Months Fixed Term Contract.


Reporting into the Resourcing Manager and working closely to the Recruitment Business Partners, the Recruiter's role is to lead on our volume and project recruitment. You will be managing a diverse mix of vacancies at any one time and candidate applications from a range of sources, so will require good coordination and organisation skills.


This is an exciting time to be joining a small in-house team within a growing organisation, which is committed to supporting our Hiring Managers through the full recruitment lifecycle - job briefings, interview guidance and talent pipelining, whilst always working to continuously meet or exceed their expectations.


Our Recruitment team has successfully introduced a direct model as part of the recruitment strategy to reduce the reliance on agencies and has committed to fully supporting Hiring Managers through the end to end recruitment process. We're keen to continue adding value and deliver cost savings across our business, whilst always being focused on providing a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience.


Some of your key accountabilities as a Recruiter will be:


  • Source candidates for all roles in the business using a variety of methods including headhunting, networking, LinkedIn and job sites
  • Screen, telephone or video interview, shortlist and match candidates to approved job vacancies and forecast roles
  • Build internal candidate database and relevant talent pools
  • Network and engage with candidates online and off-line to build a diverse talent pipeline for current and future needs
  • Actively identify new sourcing channels and methods to attract direct candidates
  • Conduct job briefings for new roles when required
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System effectively and provide occasional reporting


To be successful in the role you will be able to evidence your ability to fill vacancies using a range of direct sourcing channels including social media, searching, networking and advertising. Having some in-house recruitment or talent acquisition experience within the Maintenance or Facilities environment will be an advantage.


We are looking for someone who has experience managing high volumes of roles at any given times and will also manage its own administration which includes adding jobs to the system, writing job adverts and occasional reporting.
