We’re currently on a digital journey and have a number of roles we’re looking to incorporate into this. We have a digital plan in place and are looking for a Digital Transformation Partner to enable organisational effectiveness and services.

Working alongside the Digital Transformation Manager, as our Digital Transformation Partner you will play an integral part in allowing the Group to achieve its digital ambitions; improving customer experience / service and improving organisational efficiencies through the digitisation of service delivery and internal processes.

This role will be a key in the delivery of the organisation’s business transformation / change portfolio through the implementation of effective service design, focussing on digital projects and work streams. Using your digital skills and expertise, you will help the organisation drive continual service improvement, increase customer satisfaction with our digital services and develop new services that take full advantage of the digital landscape.

You’ll be a point of contact for digital support and know-how across the Group. Working with service leads to support and facilitate their own digital project plans, you’ll support them to test new digital ideas and pilot those with the potential to impact on service delivery. Further to this you will Facilitate and utilise customer insight to better understand the customer journey in order to improve processes.

We’re looking for someone who has experience of supporting organisations to move forward digitally, with the ability to support the design of services that are inclusive and accessible. With sound knowledge of digital technologies, you’ll have a strong user focus and the ability to engage with stakeholders and ability to effectively collaborate on designs with developers and IT specialists (internal and external).

Ideally you will hold a design related qualification or have relevant experience within human centred design but most vital to the role is the proven ability to work at pace when leading change within a project environment.
