This is a permanent, full-time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We provide industry leading recruitment software to our customers and you will be responsible for providing our users with expert help and support using our software.

 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed individual to join our 1st line Service Desk Team to provide help and support to our customers and users. You will act as the first point of contact, resolving issues where possible and escalating them if necessary. We are looking for an experienced problem solver with a passion for customer service and the ability to work using their own initiative.

 

Previous experience of ITIL and working on a Service Desk / Help Desk/ Support Desk in a 1st line role is an advantage but not essential. We are an ITIL aligned Service Desk Team and work to predefined SLAs.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to challenge their problem solving skills and to start or progress their career in IT Service. Full on the job training will be provided. 

 

What we are looking for?

 

Essential Skills

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to continuously learn

  • Computer literate and tech savvy

 

Desirable but not essential

  • Knowledge of ITIL

  • Experience supporting users in a similar Service Desk/Help Desk role

 

Your primary responsibilities will be to;

  • Log, facilitate and solve all tickets and queries raised within SLA

  • Be an expert user of all our systems

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Provide Telephone Support

  • Maintain the Knowledge Centre

  • Maintain the Candidate Help Hub

  • Maintain processes

  • Assist the Technical Operations Manager with any service issues raised with clients

  • Assist other teams where needed to carry out work on client systems

  • Manage the support email inbox

  • Assist with system testing as required
