This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days (x will be populated when viewing published adverts).

We are seeking a sales-focused leader to drive the growth of our MOLA Basingstoke office, bringing in a pipeline of new work, through active business development and securing repeat business.  The successful candidate will provide leadership to the existing project management and field teams, inspiring and delivering best practice in line with MOLA’s mission and values. 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced archaeological professional to step up and lead a regional office and team, during an exciting period of growth.  

This role will suit someone with significant experience of the commercial archaeology market, who has the drive and ability to win work, excellent people skills as well as a positive, results focussed outlook.

A full clean driving licence is required as regular travel is required to sites across London, the midlands and the southeast. Candidates without a full licence will be supported by MOLA in achieving their licence as soon as is possible.
