Are you an experienced administrator with an interest in the legal aspects of new house building?

We are currently looking for a Legal Admin Assistant to join our Legal team based out of modern regional offices in Wolverhampton.

The Legal Administration main responsibilities will be:

  • Opening new files on receipt of reservations from the company’s sales team
  • Producing the Contract Packs for plot sales that will include freehold and some leasehold sales using a case management system
  • Updating the team's spreadsheets
  • Sending out exchange paperwork
  • Checking the bank for deposits and saving banking slips down
  • Carrying out post completion work
  • Liaising with our sales and progression teams
  • General administration when required by the conveyancing supervisors

As a Legal Admin Assistant you will need some relevant admin experience with a keen eye for detail.  An interest in law, particularly with regard to property and housebuilding is essential.   Any law related experience or qualifications would be especially valued, although are not essential.
