Stonegate Group is developing a full Marketing Support Team for our Investments (newly branded or reformatted pubs, bars and late night venues) and one of the key roles is a Digital Marketing Manager


The Digital Marketing Manager (investments) will be responsible for the day to day marketing and management of investment activity across the Stonegate Group, taking the lead on the digital activation of newly invested sites and changes to formats and brands.


There is the management of 1 digital executive in this team that will be responsible for social media, email sends and data management. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for working across the wider department to ensure investments are delivered seamlessly. 


Key components of this role are

  • Website: Management of the website process for investment sites – updating websites with closure information, creation of new website pages and implementing re-directs where necessary.
  • Social Media: Management of the social media process around investments including localised calendars, top tips for sites to activate locally, briefing of the digital agency for paid media activation.  
  • Email: Creation of email calendars to support investment activity.
  • 360 Digital Campaigns: Creation of 360 digital marketing campaigns which encompass websites, campaign emails and social to launch investment sites working within the parameters of our systems.
  • Pub Support: Providing pub support for sites and for any digital issues that are website related around investments
  • Reporting: Providing timely reports to show what is working as part of investment activity prompting ways of working and identifying key opportunities.


To be successful as our new Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll need to have


  • At least 3 years’ experience in managing digital platforms
  • Broad understanding of digital marketing principles – paid, unpaid, campaign email campaigns and social media
  • Previous management of external agencies
