The vacancy
We have a 6 months Maternity Cover opportunity as a New homes After Care Manager within Be West the sales brand for Shepherd bush housing group.
About the role
You will lead and shape the team for customer aftercare to reach our aim of becoming a 5* house builder.
Within the new homes aftercare team you will be responsible for the team to provide customers home tours for buyers, coordinate handovers, welcoming buyers to their new home and act as the first part of customer contact during the 12 months defect period up until the end of the defect inspection period.

About you
You will have excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to lead on the analysis of data in a variety of formats including excel
Ability to ensure that the new homes are built to the highest quality and our customers receive a standard of excellence.
Substantial experience working in delivery of new homes, including a strong understanding of the development, construction, sales and management process.
Above all else, it’s your commitment to a continuous improvement mind-set and resilience to overcome any challenges that you may be faced with. You will be able to bring a fresh and critical eye to review processes and challenge others around you to improve standards. You will also buy into our organisational values and be able to demonstrate those in everything you do.
