Potential Private Earnings from £60,000

Days Available - Monday to Saturday (Part Time also available)

 At Together Dental Daventry we are able to offer full and part time opportunities, but our days and hours can be adapted to suit you. The practice opening hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and we also have a Saturday available. Being able to offer a teeth straightening service is a desirable attribute to have for this role, but we will consider candidates who are unable to offer this service. We are able to offer extremely competitive UDA rates and you will be able to develop your private with the remaining time at a 50% private rate. There is a flexible approach to NHS and private zoning and an inclusive, friendly and supportive team to enable you to deliver excellent patient care.

Although there is a NHS requirement that needs to be fulfilled, the Associate must also be keen to develop skills in Private Dentistry in an ethical, steady and safe environment, supported by us.

Support with any training to increase the services you offer (possible financial help too)
Lead clinician on hand to help discuss cases and patient issues and actively encourage this.
Online Core CPD provided through Dentinal Tubules
Access to supporting specialists for more complex cases
We have a successful and robust internal marketing system which actively promotes individual dentist's special interests to direct patients for specific treatments.

Together Dental Daventry is a fully equipped 6 surgery mixed NHS and private practice and is just outside of the town centre and approximately 15 minutes from the train station. It is close to the major motorway networks and is commutable from the Midlands, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. Our surgeries have a wide range of high quality equipment and materials ensuring that you have the clinical freedom to offer high quality standards of patient care.

A set of excellent hygienists & therapist operating each day of the week who work out of a dedicated hygienist surgery and who work closely with the dentists enabling dentists to focus more on their private earning opportunities
