We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our Sales and Marketing divisions - Aesculap, where you will provide an essential role in delivering first class business support to the department. 

Reporting to the Business Manager, this role gives you the opportunity to work with various teams across the department, whilst developing your business knowledge.


What you can expect to be doing:

  • To process quotes across the department, hitting the KPI’s for turnaround times
  • Process salesforce requests for samples, literature and consignments
  • To provide cover and support for contracts, tenders and MES processes
  • To ensure timely dispatch of quotes, contract and tender offers to customers
  • To work closely with the Sales Consultants and Product Managers on all aspects of supporting the quotes and contracts business.
  • Link with our customer care department for general handling of customer queries
  • Develop a good understanding of the SAP system so information can be provided on where deliveries are in the supply chain
  • To review current systems/processes and make appropriate recommendation proposals to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the system.
  • Support other members of the business support team


What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Ability to produce high quality work within agreed time frames and possessing good attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate to a high level with customers and colleagues
  • Able to work as part of a team to deliver successful outcomes for all stakeholders
  • Experience in communicating with the NHS and Private Hospital groups
