The Vacancy

As we begin to reopen our businesses and continue to invest in the development of our people, we are looking for a Digital Learning Coordinator to support our Digital Learning Team. The Digital Learning Coordinator is responsible for the co-ordination and administration of career pathway courses, online programs and related tasks. If you are extremely organised and a good communicator then this is the role for you!


As a Digital Learning Coordinator, you will create and manage workshops and curriculums online. We are looking for an organised person who will be able to assist with the smooth running of our training courses ensuring all training locations are stocked with the required equipment and booking hotels as and when needed.


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the completion of compliance and other legally required training requirements by providing information as requested
  • Supporting the development of Academy online including but not limited to further career pathway additions
  • Contribute to project meetings to enhance and grow Academy Online
  • Communications to stakeholders regarding the career pathway online via the appropriate channels, may include attendance at other team meetings outside of the Digital Learning team
  • Be responsible for manging from start to end the programs that sit within your accountability from setting them up online, the above related co-ordination tasks, reporting and identifying trends and leading the content review to ensure it meets Company and legislative guidelines
  • Reviewing Saba updates and completing testing within sandbox to ensure the business can be communicated to about potential impact or Digital Learning Team can make appropriate changes before production implementation
  • Supporting with the development of online modules including annual content reviews, SME meetings and storyboard support
