This is a Full Time/Flexible Working, Permanent vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We have an opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Responsive Maintenance team based out of South London.

The successful individual will liaise with tenants, maintenance staff and client representatives regarding repair works and needs whilst ensuring a safe and secure environment at all times.
 

Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Give clear understanding of works to occur to the tenants and brief them on safety and security issues.
  • Prepare (monthly/ weekly) reports and present to the management team, collate and produce KPI reports for Client and internal management groups.
  • Maintain a complaints procedure and deal with disputes and damage claims.
  • Report all defects to contract management and advise on any trends.
  • Attend community events organised and hold surgeries with tenants.
     

This is great opportunity for a professional with good awareness of differing cultural needs of tenants and already has some experience gained in a similar role which includes the areas highlighted above.

 

Due to organising & participating in consultation events in regards to CSR commitments, evening and weekend working may be required.
