This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

As an Administrator you will be responsible for completing a wide variety of administrative tasks to support our busy sales teams. You’ll be responsible for responding to calls and emails within SLA as well as making outbound calls to customer to ensure their equipment has been delivered or to obtain addition information and documents where required.

You’ll work closely with the sales team to provide sales agents and partners with pricing, contracts, and account information not readily available to them.

This is a great opportunity to develop and enhance your administration skills and work with a wide variety of teams and colleagues.


Experience Required

You’ll be an organised and resilient individual with a strong attention to detail. You will need to be comfortable working towards KPI’s and be comfortable dealing with internal stakeholders.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team are essential.

Previous experience within an administrative support role is desirable but not essential.
