Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)

We are currently seeking a Labourer to assist in providing an efficient responsive repair, maintenance and refurbishment service, ensuring correct quality of work to enable objective achievement. Your other responsibilities will include assisting in achieving team KPI’s as defined by organisational requirements.

 

To be successful in this role you must have: 

  • Demonstrable practical skills in basic building repair, maintenance and refurbishment to domestic properties, particularly in social housing.  

  • Demonstrable technical knowledge and understanding of building repair, maintenance and  refurbishment to domestic dwellings, particularly in  social housing.

  • Experience of using or a willingness to learn to use integrated housing repairs/maintenance systems.

  • Knowledge of or a willingness to learn the housing sector standards and regulations relating to the repair and maintenance of social housing. 

  • The ability to work as part of a team supporting different trades undertaking refurbishment and repairs throughout our region.

 

Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required.
