We’re looking for a forward-thinking, strategic leader to shape and deliver outstanding services that make a difference to our customers' lives, as well as making their homes and communities great places to live.
The Role:
As an inspiring leader, you will develop a culture that nurtures individual growth and helps the teams to feel supported and valued. You will create a transparent service that ensures customers needs and expectations are met and that we continue to listen to ideas of improvement and be the driving force for developing new services. As an ambassador of bdht, you will maintain our excellent public image and contribute to departmental PR work. You will manage the housing options contract on behalf of Bromsgrove District Council, ensuring that all contractual requirements and conditions are met.
About You
You will have a motivational leadership style and coaching methodology focused on bringing the best out of individuals and teams. You will be customer focused and ensure that we continue to learn and grow by exceeding our customer expectations. With management experience within either Homelessness, Lettings or Support Services, you will be accustomed to facilitating effective communication by actively listening to staff, customers and communities. You will have a positive attitude and display accountable behaviours and values to ensure continued growth that benefits our customers.
This post requires that the job holder is subject to a DBS check at a basic level.
