We have a key position at our Flagship store in South Molton for a Yard Manager to join the team.  

As Yard Manager you will lead the yard and feed store team in maximizing the business centre’s sales performance by delivering exceptional levels of customer service. 

You will assume primary responsibility for the daily planning, implementing, and maintaining of impeccable standards, organisation and following up on all sales within the yard and feed store.

To be successful in this position we are seeking a candidate who will demonstrate managerial courage, someone who has the confidence in their decision making and unafraid of responsibility.  You will be an honest manager and a role model for others, often going against the status quo and winning the trust of others. 

As Yard Manager you will have strong leadership skills, influencing and coaching the team to achieve results and celebrate shared success. 

We are looking for a great communicator and listener, someone who has a clear understanding of our vision and can share it with the rest of the team in a way that motivates them and drives the business centre forward.

We are always looking for ways to improve operations to exceed our customers expectations, providing an unparalleled customer experience.

Experience in retail would also be beneficial although not essential.
