We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join our Customer Safety Team, to support the delivery of contractor compliance and supplier on boarding processes.


A key part of the role is to gather information and evidence to support contractors’ competencies, while being the main point of contact for suppliers on boarding queries and processing documents.


We are looking for someone who can:

  • Develop a performance management system to ensure contractor documentation remains in date and in line with SHG contractor policies and procedures.

  • Regularly review contractor health and safety documents and ensure risk assessments and method statements from contractors are up to date.

  • Support the wider customer safety team with procurement activities.

  • Be responsible for updating and maintaining operational IT and document management systems.


Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of Supplier on Boarding 

  • Experience within Contract or Health and Safety Administration

  • Experience of using complex IT database systems

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft packages, such as Word, Excel and Outlook
