St Anne’s are looking to recruit a Cash Administrator & Account Clerk to join their finance team based in Leeds.
We are currently recruiting an Accounts Clerk to administer our client database/rent accounts and manage and administer the receipt of funds for both sales ledger and rental income.
Key duties of this role include identifying payments through liaising with colleagues and customers, working with finance colleagues to resolve payment queries, updating the cash book, weekly banking and downloading bank statements from accounts.
The successful candidate must have a minimum grade C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent and be a great team player with strong communication skills.

Background Checks
If you are successful through the application stage, as part of pre-employment checks we will perform a number of necessary background checks. We have an in-house Recruitment Department that will handle your data in order to complete the checks. We also have contracts in place with several third parties in relation to background checks. Information will be collected from criminal records (Disclosure and Barring Service or DBS) checks and online health assessments. St Anne's will only seek this information once a job offer has been made to you.
If you are successfully recruited, data will be stored in a range of different places including our HR and Payroll management systems and your personnel file. As a member of staff, you will be issued with a contract of employment and be required to agree to additional terms on how your data is handled and stored.
The use of CVs
St. Anne’s does not use CVs for every role it advertises. However, for vacancies that we do accept the use of CVs, Networx (our recruitment software provider) will provide you with the option to apply using this method. A member of our in-house recruitment team may then contact you to run through some questions that might be required as part of the application process.
References
Our recruitment process requires that we contact the referees provided by you as part of our recruitment checks to help ascertain suitability of employment. Who has access to your data and how will St Anne's share it?
Your information will be shared internally for the purposes of the recruitment process. This includes members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, relevant hiring managers with a vacancy and IT employees if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.
St Anne's will not share your data with third parties, unless your application for employment is successful and it makes you an offer of employment. How does St Anne's protect your data?
St Anne'stakes the security of your data seriously. It has internal policies and controls in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the proper performance of their duties. St Anne's has a number of policies and procedures in place to protect data which include:

How long does St Anne's store data?
If your application for employment is unsuccessful, St Anne's will, as a matter of course, hold your data on file for twelve months after the end of the relevant recruitment process. At the end of that period, or if you withdraw your consent, your data will be deleted or destroyed unless St Anne's believes it has a continuing legal basis to hold that information, such as that it is necessary in relation to ongoing legal proceedings. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be retained for the duration of your employment.
Your rights
