Programme Delivery Officer

37 hours - £36,431.16 p.a.

 

Are you a Programme Delivery Officer, with experience of working in property services or construction industries? Have you managed delivery of planned investment programmes and been involved with capital projects with responsibility for decision making?

We are looking for a colleague who can manage programmes of work over multiple disciplines.

  • Experience of project management and project control techniques and possess excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the social housing environment and an understanding of the regulatory, statutory, and legislative requirements in relation to property maintenance
  • Ability to collate and interpret technical data to provide trend analysis and potential for improved performance
