This is a hybrid role working in a busy modern office in a hands-on capacity responsible for undertaking PA tasks for the Commercial Dispute Resolution team in a prestigious law firm, but with the opportunity to work from home for some of the time. Your attendance in the office will depend on the requirements of the fee earners that you support.

Your remit will include but is not limited to:

• Proactively managing complex diaries for both Partners and Fee Earners

• Organising internal and external meetings and conferences. Ordering client refreshments and liaising with First Impression

• Drafting extensive and efficient emails/correspondence

• Assisting fee earners in the billing and credit control process.  Generating accurate billing reports, draft bills, and accompanying letters in a timely manner

• Maintaining up to date client records on the firm’s client relationship management tool, including client contact details, client specific requests in relation to billing and bill formats, details of other parties etc in line with the firm’s policy and processes

• Booking travel arrangements using the travel partner/online travel portal in line with the firm’s policy
