A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our South Molton store. 

You will be a proactive member of a team of specialists, ready to engage with our longstanding and

new customers. You will be an expert in our products and services across the business and be an

ongoing point of contact for your customers. You will use a consultative style to support our customers building their confidence in you and our brand to grow our business. You will demonstrate resilience through more challenging conversations, taking pride and ownership of every customer opportunity and make it your mission to win back our previous customers as well as gain new.

Responsibilities;

  • Receiving all inbound calls.
  • Completing all outbound calls for lapsed customers and campaigns.
  • Monitoring and responding to all customer email queries.
  • Completing all transactions via phone, email or direct one to one engagement.
  • Ensuring all delivery items are picked after transaction ready for our customer delivery team or the call and collect operation.
  • Self-development, ensuring you are an expert in our products and business.
  • Communicate stock issues to the operations team.
  • Ownership of each customer interaction.
  • You will work with suppliers and develop key farm relationships through organising farm events and branch activities.

About You;

  • You’ll have a passion for retail and a passion for agriculture!
  • You’ll have at least 1 years supervisory / management experience, from a similar, fast-paced retail environment
  • You’ll have a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results!
  • You’ll be a people person and a real team player and this combined with your excellent communication skills enables you to really engage and inspire a team.
  • You’ll be commercially focused and proactive in your approach.
