We at Halton Housing are looking for an experienced Neighbourhood Manager to lead on improving, innovating, and delivering positive outcomes for our customers and communities.

What you’ll need:

  • Managerial experience at a senior level, with highly developed skills in motivating & influencing people to achieve objectives, influencing skills to change attitudes & behaviour in a work situation.
  • An appropriate qualification CIOH or equivalent.
  • Knowledge & understanding of ‘Safeguarding’ principles, Experience of developing personal action plans to support vulnerable customers to improve their life skills & general wellbeing


What you’ll do:

  • Lead, motivate and develop the team through regular performance management, providing direction and vision for the department and constantly monitoring for outputs
  • Lead the delivery of consistent and intuitive services, ensuring effective tenancy management procedures are developed and complied with, using appropriate legal remedies where required and ensuring the directorate’s performance and financial targets including all budget management.
