We have an exciting vacancy for a Marketing Executive within our Sales & Marketing team in Coventry.

This role is vital to the delivery of marketing campaigns for allocated sites to drive enquiries, sales leads and visits. You’ll have the required demonstrable experience in marketing as you’ll need to hit the ground running.

With proven marketing experience ideally within the property industry you will possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, CMS systems and other digital platforms, as well as a sound understanding of multi-channel content planning, creation and delivery. 

In this role, you will act as brand guardian for the McCarthy Stone brand across the delivery of all site-specific marketing materials, through TOV and customer engagement; be at the forefront of driving community engagement by creating different plans for individual sites and identify the USPs for each site and use these to ensure the most appropriate marketing activity is used with strong messaging across the full marketing mix.

You will manage the customer contact strategy throughout the lifespan of the development, including pre-launch stage and project manage and execute timely events and launches, in conjunction with sales teams, ensuring all parties involved in delivery of the events are clear on roles and responsibilities.

The role requires strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines as well as working well under pressure and exemplary copy-writing and proofing skills/ a great eye for detail and be able to work to tight deadlines without sacrificing quality


    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage the performance of marketing plans and activity from start to finish of the life of a development.
    • In conjunction with sales teams, develop marketing activity plans and materials for allocated sites to drive enquiries, sales leads and visits using brand templates.
    • Produce artwork briefs for all lead generation activity across all sites and in line with briefing templates.
    • Working closely with performance marketing team, execute lead generation and conversion activity on and offline, ensuring all customer touchpoints are accurate and adhere to the brand. 
    • Work with media and digital agencies to develop site specific marketing plans, delivering on targeted and quality leads for each development
    • Maximise all site specific pre and post sales release PR opportunities. Develop clear and concise briefs and analyse effectiveness post activity. Work with appointed agency to develop local PR plans to support each site
    • Drive community engagement by creating bespoke development plans
