What you’ll be responsible for…

  • In conjunction with other Sheltered and Supported Housing Colleagues, you will contribute towards delivering a customer focussed housing service, ensuring tenants are provided with a safe and clean environment in compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
  • Clean designated areas to approved standard.
  • Monitor facilities and report any incidents e.g., repairs to vacuum cleaners, stores required.
  • Secure premises at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are followed including use of all relevant personal protective equipment.
  • Ensure that areas that require cleaning on an irregular basis are prioritised, under the direction of the Scheme Coordinator/Senior Scheme Coordinator.
  • Check emails on a regular basis and attend meetings and trainings as required.
