IT Service Desk Analyst

Being part of the Service Desk means that you will be providing services and support to our employees based all over the UK.  Being the single point of contact for the wider IT department means that no two days are the same and you’ll gain experience and exposure that you may not get in larger siloed teams.

About You

You will have a technical background that includes:

  • Active Directory administration.
  • Microsoft Exchange & Office 365 administration
  • Management of Web and email filtering permissions.
  • Troubleshooting and understanding of technologies related to; Hardware, Software, Performance Issues, Network connectivity Issues
  • Remote access tool usage

You will be a team player but still able to work independently.  You will work with your colleagues to ensure that SLA’s are met & KPI’s are exceeded.  You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a technical Service Desk environment and have an ITIL foundation qualification or knowledge of ITIL with an interest to gain relevant qualifications.  An MCP certification would also be desirable.

You will have excellent customer service skills and a clear and friendly telephone manner.  You’ll be methodical, logical and organised in your approach to managing the requests and incidents. You will provide proven and tested incident resolutions and complete requests on time to ensure that our internal customers are able to provide services and support to our current/potential homeowners and residents.
