New Business Development Handler - Henley 

Our Insurance Sales Executives are responsible for interacting on a daily basis with customers both over the phone and via e-mail. They are responsible for playing a critical role in achieving our Direct Sales Department goals. Sales Executives reach out to new potential customers, offering the most appropriate products, with an agent or direct, closing new business and generating sales. They also play a key role in supporting our Account Executives collate, prepare, and broke New Business enquires.

So, what does the role of a Sales Executive here involve?

  • Working together with our Lead Generation and Executives to answer customers questions, offer appropriate insurance products, produce market presentation, generate quotes, support the process of billing/submitting applications and converting new business.
  • Providing practical advice and recommendations
  • Manage daily activities to reach sales target
  • Maintain current sales pipeline of clients and current pending applications
  • Keep pipeline current and accurate with target customer, current customer and future customer
  • Plan, strategize and organize daily activities such as: (dials, contacts, quotes, application generation and pending application) to achieve department goals
  • Understand, facilitate and expedite internal processes for the closing of business
  • Actively participates in sales meetings and training as required by the company

What experience do our Sales Executives need?

It’s essential that you have sales experience gained from within the Commercial Insurance Industry from a similar role and it would be a bonus if you have any relevant qualifications, though we offer tons of opportunity to gain these once you join us.
