About the role                                               

 

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an hourly paid Carpentry & Joinery Training Advisor. The Training Advisor is responsible for a caseload of learners participating in training.  Training Advisors contribute to the design and delivery of learning programmes and assessments, to enable participants to successfully achieve their qualifications to include full Apprenticeship standards. Training Advisors liaise closely with Employers and have a key role in developing learners to achieve their learning goals and inspiring them to overcome barriers. 

 

The successful candidate will have:  

 

Minimum Level 3 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery. 
Functional Skills.
Practical occupational experience as required by Code of Practice and relevant awarding bodies.

Proven track record of consistently achieving performance targets.
Previous experience of working with apprentices would be desirable.
