Content Marketing Manager

As a Content Marketing Manager at Gamma, you will work closely with our Senior Content Marketing Manager on the development and delivery of our content strategy.

You will translate our company’s mission and vision into compelling content that educates and engages our audience, positions us as thought leaders in the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) market and provides help and support for our customers and partners.

The position is ideal for a positive, results-driven, creative individual who is comfortable dealing with multiple projects in a demanding yet rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and work closely with our Senior Content Marketing Manager to develop and deliver our content strategy in order to position Gamma as a thought leader in the UCaaS market.
  • Plan, research and create concise and engaging content, including blogs, long-form assets, and interactive content, such as videos and infographics.
  • Support lead nurturing and conversion by writing copy for landing pages and emails.
  • Understand business objectives and report progress against KPIs in line with our content strategy.
  • Measure, monitor and analyse content on various channels to make improvements accordingly and capitalise on high performing content.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimised for search and social.
  • Ensure that all our content is stored sensibly, with version control and is easy to access for those who need to use it.
  • Provide other teams with support and useful recommendations to ensure the style and message of our content matches our brand.
  • Support content creation for product launches, company-wide initiatives, and brand awareness campaigns.

 

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Outstanding English proficiency, with attention to grammar and style.
  • Demonstrable writing or digital copywriting experience, ideally in B2B tech.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO tools to track and derive insights and recommendations to optimise content.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle several projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using a content management system (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience and confidence liaising with internal stakeholders, teams, and external parties where required (agencies, press, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with video production and graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics, and trends.

About you:

  • Degree in journalism (preferred), marketing, communications, or relevant field.
  • Performance and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
  • Research-led way of thinking.
  • Highly creative and imaginative individual, able to take a brief and run with it.
