Are you an experienced Account Manager looking to make a difference in a rapidly growing business?

Join the Evri Business Accounts team, as a Key Business Account Manager, where you will manage the relationship between the SME Customers and Evri, you will ensure that all aspects of Evri Business accounts are managed in a profitable manner.

Grow our SME Account volumes in line with or exceeding budget by developing existing customers and onboarding new ones. Develop strong relationships with existing customers, to increase sales, maximise cross sales of Next Day, International and Digital products, ensuring that all accounts are trading to or exceed agreed volumes.

You will be accountable for:

  • Manage Evri Business Accounts to ensure we maximize our share of their shipped volume
  • Ensure all accounts achieve or exceed budget and cross sales targets, by regularly reviewing service and performance
  • Compile accurate reports for SME Team Manager, detailing budgets, expected volume, rates and sales opportunities, providing a clear explanation of the factors impacting the accounts to maximise commercial growth
  • Conduct client visits in line with the visit cycle and upon request to build and maintain relationships to drive compliance and improve sales
  • Conduct phone call in line with the call cycle, being available to receive calls from yours and your colleagues accounts to fit within the requirement of the business
  • Manage the targets for customer retention and ensure delivery of those targets by maintaining excellent relationship with the SME Account Holder
  • Work with Marketing teams to support sales of the Evri services and products, promoting new services within SME accounts as appropriate
  • Once an account has been allocated by the team manager liaise with the new business sales manager to ensure the smooth transfer of all allocated clients in a timely manner
  • Work closely with operations and customer services to ensure that Clients receive the service they require.

To be successful in this role you will require the following… 

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Good educational background
  • Customer database management experience
  • Numerate, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of competence in use of Microsoft Office, and Oracle Right Now Service Cloud 
  • Proven track record in account management
  • Capability to work on own initiative, be self-motivated, sometimes working unsociable hours
  • Substantial Knowledge of operational cost, commercial profitability, and P&L
  • B2C home shopping/e-commerce industry knowledge and experience.
