As Head of Student Experience, you will be responsible for ensuring that we are consistently improving both the engagement and satisfaction of our Health & Social Care and Healthcare Technologies students.

We’re looking for somebody experienced in implementing strategy, policy and procedures that guarantee our students go on to do great things, whether that’s moving on to HE or making an impact in the healthcare industry. 

You’ll need to be ready to hit the ground running in a vibrant department that prides itself on innovation. We’re constantly looking for ways to improve processes, utilise new technologies and shake up the way we do things to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly developing field.

Working across three sites you will manage our friendly, close-knit team of personal tutors and student mentors, utilising software and interpreting data to manage performance and promote improvement. As well as frequently liaising with Learner Recruitment and the SEND/ALS teams, supporting the Academy Director and integrating an outstanding careers programme.

We also have a state-of-the-art learning space in the works for 2023, but we can't reveal too much yet so you’ll have to ask us in the interview!

As for the people you’ll be working with, we’re a sociable bunch and consider each other friends as much as we do colleagues. Frequently getting together both inside and outside of work to celebrate achievement, discuss strategy and put the FE world to rights when it’s been one of those days.
