You’ll be working for one of the market leaders
Duties & Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact if there is an issue with deliveries
Deal with delivery issues and chasing down any failures/concerns
Deal with inbound and outbound calls from Maritime customers
Running your own trucks making sure drivers have the correct information
Update relevant systems and ensure drivers have correct pins
Working as part of a team to reduce company downtime
Report any Locker/Pod issues through company systems
Develop a strong relationship and good rapport over the telephone with customers and contractors
We are looking for candidates to apply who have the following:
Previous experience as a Transport Operator – Desirable
Confident and clear communicator – written and verbal
Happy with the 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Excellent UK geographical knowledge

The Company
