At PlaceShapers we believe that the communities where members work should be places where people thrive, and we want to do all we can to help to make that happen and we will be both proactive and reactive to address challenges – the good and not so good – as they arise.

You will help promote and facilitate sharing between members and initiate and work closely with decision makers to promote and amplify our members interests taking every opportunity to communicate our messages as widely as we can.

Along with the Chair, you will be the public face of PlaceShapers.

So, if you want to make a difference in this world for the people we champion, this is the job for you. We are looking for an energetic leader who is prepared to join our team and by working closely with the PlaceShapers Board, will formulate and lead the delivery of our ambitious plans.

This is a unique opportunity for either an aspiring or established Chief Executive with experience from within the Social Housing Sector.

If you are keen to be part of our future ambitions, further information about the work we do is available on the PlaceShapers website https://www.placeshapers.org/about-us/

To apply please submit your CV and cover letter, outlining your skills, experience, and passion for the sector to the recruitment portal. Please note that your CV and cover letter should be attached as one document.

PlaceShapers operates an agile approach to work. This is a full-time position although we are open to discuss part time hours as part of the selection process.

Please note, the successful incumbent will be employed by Cross Keys Homes but will be permanently seconded to PlaceShapers to fulfil the duties as outlined in the job advert.
