This is a {Advertised Permanent / Temporary}, {Advertised Full Time / Part Time} vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Working within the Early Career team, this role supports our new early talent programmes, ensuring the successful delivery of our existing apprenticeship and intern programmes.

 

  • Working closely with the Early Careers Adviser to support with logistics, administration and comms related to the early talent programmes
  • Supporting with the recruitment of apprentices into our current build programme
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, external training providers and universities
  • Attending assessment centres and any relevant events
  • Focusing on candidate experience throughout all stages of each early talent program

 

About You

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Focused on customer service/candidate experience as well as delivery
  • Self-reliant and able to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable liaising with providers, apprentices, candidates, and line managers
  • Team player and keen to work collaboratively across the HR team
  • Able to travel as needed
  • Early talent experience is desirable but not necessary
