The Vacancy

We are on the hunt for a Sales Order Processor to join our Customer Contact Centre.

Each day will be different. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, assisting our account holders with stock enquiries, price queries, processing of orders, and confirming information across our retailer’s digital platforms.

You will be a vital member of the team having our customers at heart striving to provide an extraordinary customer experience.

Some of the key traits we are looking for is passion to provide a remarkable customer experience for both internal and external customers with an exceptional telephone manner. A keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy and the ability to work as a team is essential.
