Your role
Title: Support Worker
Location: Stewart Gardens – Dawlish
Salary: £18,090.60 to £19,860.93 per annum. In addition to celebrate your new role we are offering a Rethink - sign on and retention BONUS' Both are separate payments of up to £1000 each ! (pro rata for part-time posts of less than 35 hours per week) which will be paid on completion of your 6-month probation period and 12 month anniversary* subject to Terms and Conditions*

Our Stewart Gardens service is a CQC registered service providing a 24/7 supported living service for individuals with high support needs. We enable people placed out of the area return to Devon by providing a supportive home environment that paves the way to greater independence and recovery. We help people with their day to day living and social skills, as well as providing access to social activities, further education, employment and training.

What are we looking for?
You will have strong communication skills and a understanding of mental illness. But aside from that, being a Support Worker isn’t all about qualifications, if you have a passion for making a difference then we can provide you will all the training and support that you need. You can also take us up on our offer to support you through your NVQ in Health and Social Care qualification!
