Assistant Directors – National Engagement Service
The National Engagement Service has two exciting opportunities to join us as Assistant Directors of Engagement.
These roles provide the opportunity to work at national level in a supportive and friendly organisation that offers you a great opportunity to connect with influential leaders, gain greater political insight and build on your own professional development every day.
These roles would utilise, HR, OD and engagement skills in a role that works closely with senior workforce leaders and Trade Union professionals
About you
We are seeking x2 credible and experienced workforce/OD leaders who are highly effective in building purposeful relationships, working collaboratively and leading people.
The Assistant Directors will
This is a great opportunity to join a highly performing team at a time when the HR and OD profession continues to be central to the success and long term ambitions of the NHS.
A commitment and experience of working in true partnership with trade unions is also required given our leading role in regional social partnership forums.
