Are you a recent graduate, or would like to further develop your career within IT integration?

As part of a successful market leading and established team, you will be supporting with the IT connectivity and integration of our automated infusion pumps within the Healthcare sector. You will use your knowledge to support pre-sales activity, and provide ongoing customer service, including the delivery of work associated with support contracts.

The role is a mixture of home and field based working, mainly covering South England (M4 Corridor) and so occasional overnight stays and travel will be required.

Here's what you can expect to be doing…

 

  • To implement B. Braun clinical IT solutions into Healthcare settings
  • To configure all software and hardware associated with B. Braun clinical IT solutions
  • Provide a source of knowledge on B. Braun clinical IT solutions and general IT topics
  • Provide ongoing IT support to customers post project completion both onsite and remotely
  • Act as a point of contact for first line IT product related communication internally and externally
  • Build strong relationships with key IT stakeholders within hospitals

 

What you’ll need to succeed

 

  • IT focused degree or experience within IT server and/or networking support
  • Knowledge of IT Networks and security
  • Knowledge of SQL server installation and configuration
  • A good team player, with excellent organisation
  • Experience of problem solving and making decisions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with customers effectively at all levels
