This is fantastic opportunity for a transformational IT professional with proven experience of Orchard Housing Management, systems integration and data analytics tools such as Power BI to join us at a critical time in our business strategy and help shape the design of the digital solutions that will deliver a brilliant customer experience.

About the role
Providing technical leadership and operating within an agile project management framework you will work in partnership with stakeholders across the business to develop digital service offers and continually improve the customer journey. To leverage the impact of our digital and technology platform you will have a passion and infectious enthusiasm to drive service improvement and be a trusted partner in developing innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Equally important is the ability to ensure the fundamental building blocks are in place to ensure data quality and IT processes are robust, reliable and responsive. This includes ensuring customer and business insight is used to maximum effect through the best data visualisation and MIS.
About you
You will be highly technically competent in the use of Orchard Housing Management, data analytics tools such as Power BI, GIS, web APIs and associated technologies and will have practical experience of systems integration. Equipped with a strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and evaluate problems requiring IT expertise and the drive and problem-solving skills to develop and implement workable solutions.
You will be focused on service improvement and hungry to improve the efficiency and user-friendliness of customer and business processes using digital technology solutions. A completer-finisher with proven experience in managing agile projects from inception to completion you will be adept at leading multi-disciplinary teams and balancing a range of competing projects and tasks.
With strong collaboration skills you will be able to work flexibly as a member of a dedicated team of IT professionals with the resilience, confidence and credibility to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

Your information will be used by Livin for the purposes of carrying out its application and recruitment process which includes:

Statistical analysis.
If you are offered and accept employment with Livin, the information collected during the application and recruitment process will become part of your employment record.
We use some automated screening tools as part of this application process. The answers you provide to one or more of the questions (excluding any special categories/equal opportunity questions) may result in your application being automatically declined. This technology is used to help us manage the high volume of applications we receive and can assure applicants the same outcome would occur if we manually reviewed your application. The reason for the decline will be made available to you in your candidate account.

Who will have access to your information?

Livin may sometimes be required to disclose your information to external third parties such as regulatory bodies and/or law enforcement agencies for the purposes of complying with applicable laws and regulation in response to a legal process.

How do we store your personal information?
If you apply for a job at Livin and your application is unsuccessful (or withdraw from the process or decline our offer), Livin will retain your personal information for 24 months after the vacancy has closed. After this period, it will be fully anonymised and purged from the networx system.
