"I joined PeoplePlus in October of 2022 having had a varied career including the NHS and the police. It’s a good company with a great ethos. I love the fact that I never know what my participants are going to bring me on a day-to-day basis and the challenges that have to be overcome.  Job goals range from computer background designers to aviation engineer recruitment and I have managed to find something to refer them all to. "

"I genuinely love working for PeoplePlus, my reasons are that no two days are the same and also working with a diverse group of both colleagues and participants. One of the best feelings is when you get a participant come into the office who’s maybe a little unsure and then a few weeks later, they have been helped into employment it’s a truly breath-taking and emotional to watch sometimes."

"I love working for PeoplePlus as an Employment Advisor because the team is phenomenal and I think the best thing about working here is feeling part of a strong cohesive team all working towards the same goals.  We look after our participants with many resources that I’ve not seen at other organisations, such as the Food Parcels and access to Training courses and our very own Recruitment Consultant. "
