Responsible for providing essential technology to 10,000 healthcare organisations across all major UK health sectors, we are looking for an IT Operations Analyst to join our innovative Hosted Ops team.
Working remotely and in the Leeds (LS19) office, you will become part of the team that is responsible for providing to support to the business by monitoring and responding to alerts from internal stakeholders for the EMIS hosted infrastructure. As an IT Operations Analyst, you will escalate major incidents to relevant parties, perform software updates and manage a variety of IT requests from other sectors of the business.
Collaboration is key at EMIS, as an IT Operations Analyst you will work proactively with the wider business to resolve tickets, we’ll look to you to take full responsibility for controlling, managing, communicating and logging new incidents, whilst taking ownership of all outstanding incidents and general tasks. If you can’t fix the issue, you’ll need to escalate the incident and ensure that the other parts of the business are fully informed on the problem. Ultimately, you’ll become a point of contact for all our internal customers.
Transforming your career within IT at EMIS, you will have full career development and support to build your knowledge in Hosted Operations. An exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start your career in IT or have come from a Customer Support Analyst background. You will have exposure to different projects within the hosted infrastructure, and work with AWS cloud technology.
This role will be a mixture between home working and working from our office in Rawdon, Leeds. This role is working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8AM and 6PM.
