The Chapters Collection are a collective of 19 premium Gastro Pubs within the Central London area with an ambitious roll out plan over the next couple of years.

Our menu is 100% fresh, our short but seasonal menu is setting new standards within Premium Pubs, with traditional British dishes being served with a twist!

We are looking to recruit experienced Chefs at all levels to assist in leading the Brigade at one of our future openings. You will be joining us at the early stages of our roll out programme so there will be an opportunity to shape the way we move forward, utilising the skills you possess to recruit, train coach the growing teams within the businesses.

Who we are looking for:

Head Chef £38,000 - £45,000 p.a. + Bonuses DOE

  • Solid proven “Fresh Food” experience
  • Strong communicator who is approachable across all levels
  • Reliable and dedicated to exceeding expectations
  • Up to date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations
  • Proven experience supporting, coaching, and developing the brigade
  • Full understanding of food safety & Kitchen Management
  • Proven Experience of stock Taking & Waste Management with the ability to adapt and learn new systems and operating procedures.
  • Ideally holding level 3 Food Safety qualification
  • An ambassador of the company’s values, always working within the code of conduct
  • Be happy to work closely with the rest of the kitchen team and have the ambition to take this pub & restaurant operation to the next level

Sous Chef  £32,000 - £38,000 p.a. + Tronc

  • Solid proven “Fresh Food” experience
  • Minimum of 12 months supervisory experience
  • Strong communicator who is approachable across all levels
  • Reliable and dedicated to exceeding expectations
  • Up to date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations
  • Proven experience supporting, coaching, and developing the brigade
  • Ideally holding level 2 Food Safety qualification
  • An ambassador of the company’s values, always working within the code of conduct

Chef de Partie £12.00 - £14.00 ph. + Tronc

  • “Fresh Food” experience within a fresh food kitchen
  • Reliable and dedicated to exceeding expectations
  • Up to date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations
  • Ideally holding level 2 Food Safety qualification
  • An ambassador of the company’s values, always working within the code of conduct
