About the role

Due to the expansion of the Finance Team an exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Regional Management Accountant to join our Finance team as we embark onto our next stage of continued growth. We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking, highly organised individual to join our Finance team at our Head Office in Fulwood.


We are looking for someone who can:

· Prepare timely and accurate monthly accounts.

· Provide reports to senior management on financial performance.

· Monitor and report on capital expenditure activity.

· Work with hospital managers to identify areas for financial improvement

· Ensure accurate record keeping.

· Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations

· Accruals and Prepayments.

· Assist on annual financial audits.

· Support the Finance Team to achieve the departments objectives.

· Support the Finance Manager, Financial Controller and CFO with ad hoc projects as required


What you’ll bring to the role:

· CIMA, ACCA, PQ or QBE along with experience working in a similar role.

· Good communication and strong interpersonal skills

· High level of accuracy

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

· Highly proficient on Microsoft office and other systems

· The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems.

· Self-motivated starter with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently.

· Experience using Sage50 and MS Business Central, would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
