We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Resource Planning Analyst to join our Operational Strategy team.

You will work across multiple business functions and cover all aspects of operational and performance management reporting. You will support the overall responsibility for the ongoing development of the operations strategy and implement strategic practices that support the changing markets.

The successful candidate be joining a dynamic team with a fantastic opportunity to experience the resource planning of the internal portfolio and for external client accounts

This role will be instrumental in delivering change across the operation and business

What will you be doing?

  • Proactive anticipate potential problems in delivery and efficiently amend plans to meet the pressures of customer operations
  • Translate strategic plans into long term business objectives and action policies including recruitment planning, key assumptions and metrics
  • Propose effective and feasible solutions to mitigate risks, improve efficiency and business performance and work with business owners (including but not limited to Business Change) to deploy these successfully
  • Obtain and analysing large data and presenting updates as well as findings to senior stakeholders and creation of informative presentation packs
  • Identify risk issues that impact the business and effectively escalate them
  • Assist with the completion of management information for monthly reporting
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with the business and Support the Strategic Communications Manager on all operational matters and a diverse range of issues
  • Comply with all regulatory obligations and internal governance to help ensure ethical behaviour which delivers fair outcomes for the business
  • Coach, develop and support other team members

Is this you?

  • Resource planning expert with a depth of knowledge in operations and in a consumer focused environment
  • Experience in resource planning methods across multiple sectors, channels and technologies
  • Proven experience of forecasting using a WFM system preferably
  • Technically capable, commercially aware and possess the ability to communicate with the finance team, international colleagues and external advisors
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to provide commercial solutions
  • Advanced in SQL and/or SAS
  • Extensive Financial service experience
  • Drive performance through use of data while creating new insights where needed
  • Proven experience of working in a fast paced and change orientated agile business
