The Vacancy
At Railway Lodge Care Home you will manage the provision of a catering service within the home with particular emphasis on the planning, preparing, cooking and serving of meals ensuring all activities and operations comply with operational standards and statutory regulations.
The hours for this post is 0800-1800 and will be based on a weekend on and weekend off.
You will knowledge in specialised diets and will ensure your staff follow procedures at all times.
