Due to continued growth and increased activity within the Recruitment team here at EMIS, we are looking for an Administrator to join our team on an initial 6 month FTC.

What you’ll do

As our Recruitment Administrator you will be working closely with our Resourcer’s and Recruitment Business Partners supporting on a variety of  administrative duties across the team. You will be responsible for managing our ATS (applicant tracking system) and ensuring candidates details are uploaded correctly, track their application through the process and support with scheduling interviews for a variety of roles.

A significant part of this role will see you take ownership of our weekly and monthly reporting and distributing this to the relevant stakeholders across the business. We will also be looking for you to take ownership of any ad-hoc data requests that come through to the team. 

Managing job adverts, and our job boards will be another aspect of the role as you will be posting new jobs, closing jobs when they are filled and also re-advertising jobs when they are due to expire.

 

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that our ATS system is updated accurately with candidates’ information
  • Gather interview feedback from candidates and interview documentation from Hiring Managers
  • Take ownership or our team inbox, responding to queries from internal and external candidates, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with HR Shared Services on the candidate on-boarding journey.
  • Build knowledge to become the first point of contact for recruitment related queries

 

This Recruitment Administrator role will be a hybrid working role with 1 day a week in our office in Leeds and the rest from home.  

 

Who you’ll be

You will be a well organised, quality driven and Excel savvy Administrator.

Collaboration is key and you will be comfortable liaising with people at all levels, and proven in your ability to build great relationships with your peers and wider teams.  

At EMIS we work in an environment where things can move at pace and change happens frequently, therefore you be able to prioritise your workload effectively and meet deadlines as needed.

 

Other skills and experience we are looking for;

  • Great Excel skills with the ability to produce pivot tables as a minimum
  • Confident with other Microsoft Office tools
  • Work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks and/or environments
  • Analytical and solution driven
  • Ability to multi-task and also use initiative
  • Experience of recruitment would be beneficial but not essential
