From Internet connectivity and smart building technology, to IT and data centre services, ASK4’s solutions bring buildings to life. Working with clients across student housing, build to rent, later living and other sectors, we ensure that people are able to live life and work productively.

Joining our team, and you will work as part of a technical support team providing industry-leading support to both existing and new customers, including ASK4’s student, residential and ASK4 Business customer base

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Shift based cover of the Support Centre. Hours covered:

                Mon - Fri - 08:00 - 22:00

                Sat - Sun - 08:00 - 20:00

  • Translate written and oral communication from English to Additional Language and vice versa.
  • Technical issue logging and management
  • Live chat handling and management
  • 1st Line diagnosis and resolution of technical faults.
  • Escalation of issues in line with company policy.
  • Customer Account administration
  • Administration of the customer sign up process

 

Our ideal candidate will have experience of: 

  • Fluent in both written and oral Additional Language
  • Good working knowledge of operating systems to include Windows, Mac & Linux
  • Basic understanding of networking
  • Experience within a customer service environment
  • Professional approach and phone manner
