Liverpool city centre office base with hybrid working. You will be required to work from our offices a minimum of 50% of your working week with home / agile working available for the remaining 50%.

The role

This is a really exciting time to join the People Services team here at The Regenda Group as we seek to enhance our recruitment and selection services by expanding our in-house Talent Acquisition team.

The purpose of this role will be to support recruitment activities across The Regenda Group, enabling us to attract the best talent to the organisation and selecting candidates who are aligned with our values and identified as ‘the right fit’.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of recruitment processes, from speaking to internal managers to understand their hiring need, advertising new vacancies, screening applications, conducting initial telephone conversations with shortlisted candidates, arranging and designing selection processes with managers through to conducting interviews and assessment centres.

You will be supported throughout this entire process by the Group's Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

This is an in-house recruitment role, focusing purely on candidate attraction and delivery. There is no requirement for business development, cold calling or outbound sales. Your focus is simply to identify fantastic candidates to join our organisation, provide the best possible candidate experience and deliver a proactive, valued service to all stakeholders.

The right fit

  • You will have a track record of successfully recruiting candidates and managing end to end recruitment processes.

  • You will have a background in either sales, in-house recruitment, agency recruitment or temporary staffing.

  • You will have outstanding communication skills and be confident speaking with people on the phone and over email. A large part of this role will be speaking with prospective candidates to discuss their application and speaking with internal managers to ensure you know exactly the 'right fit' that they are looking for.

  • Ideally you will have prior experience working with IT systems, although full training will be provided on our in-house system.

  • The nature of recruitment is that it is fast paced and ever-changing, so it is an essential requirement that you have a resilient mindset with a 'can do' approach to problem solving and an outcome focused approach when carrying out your work.

  • This role will require you to manage multiple live vacancies at any one time, so you will need to be confident in your organisation skills and time management.

  • Ultimately, we can train the right person on most aspects of the role, but it is essential that you have a real passion for people and a desire to help us bring skilled and talented individuals into our organisation.
