Join the Close Brothers Invoice Finance Team where you will target key businesses within our customer demographic, engaging with high level decision makers to gain their interest in our product offerings.
Working closely with our Regional Sales Directors, the Telemarketing Executive will book prospect meetings and support in developing the business relationship moving forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently provide excellent telemarketing to generate new business appointments for our Regional Sales Directors.
- Work to high volume call and duration targets.
- Develop long lasting relationships with prospects, and act as a Brand Ambassador.
- Qualification of inbound telephone and digital enquiries, converting into qualified sales leads.
- Build and maintain the company’s contact management database/CRM platform ‘Goldmine’ according to sales pipeline and marketing campaign reporting demands.
- Co-ordinate new business meetings with the Sales Directors.
- Work with the wider Marketing Team to follow up on tactical campaigns.
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
- You have previous outbound business to business telesales experience.
- You have previous experience of using a CRM system.
- You have the ability to demonstrate telephone sales techniques.
- You have experience in a customer services environment.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have the ability to build relationships with high level decision makers.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:
- Have sales experience within the financial or professional services environment.
- Have completed the UK Finance Foundation course or if you are willing to work towards it.
